David Jones, 41, has been involved in the launch of twenty-five new
businesses over the span of his career – twenty-three restaurants, including
mk, Trio, Brasserie T and HotChocolate; one boutique investment consulting
firm; and now food2you catering. Jones’s business acumen and high
standards for product and service made him one of the top industry
consultants in the Chicago area. His responsibilities at food2you will include
launching the business, product development and production, business
systems and the day-to-day corporate finances.
Gregory Ingles, 32, has over ten years of experience in catering and special
event management with some of the top companies in the highly competitive
Chicago catering market. Ingles has routinely been involved in client events
with budgets nearing $1MM. His expertise and logistical ability has been
credited with the tremendous success of many high profiles functions. Greg
was often requested as the catering point person by very special clients
ranging from financier Ken Griffin to philanthropist Richard Duchossois.
Food2you will be Ingles first experience as the executive-in-charge. He will
also lead our sales and marketing efforts, and is responsible for identifying
business opportunities in foodservice management and concessions.
